No smoking Inside the villa

No plucking or damaging any flora (plants and trees).

No littering, feeding or throwing anything in the pond.

No throwing of cigarette buds or any litter on the property.

Ashtrays are provided to indicate designated smoking zones.

No consumption of illegal substances within the property premises or around it.

No food is allowed to be consumed inside bedrooms or anywhere else except designated dining areas.

Any damage to property will be dealt with fine.

Not abiding by any of the rules will be dealt with cancellation of stay.
